Elizaveta Kopelman
violin & piano

Anastasia Khitruk is one of today’s most vibrant young violinists, combining the fire and excitement of youth with maturity and perspective into each of her acclaimed performances. She has appeared in concert and in competition worldwide, winning prizes and accolades for her virtuosity. Raised in New York, trained at The Juilliard School, and a laureate of the Premio Paganini, Ms. Khitruk specializes in discovering and performing unknown and forgotten works, several of which have been featured on her debut CD “La Folia” and the “Works of Ivan Khandoshkin.”

Moscow native Elizaveta Kopelman has been praised for “her great interpretive ability and formidable technique.” In 1995, she won the prestigious Young Concert Artist Trust Competition in London, and has since appeared at major venues and festivals throughout the U.K. and Europe, including critically acclaimed debut recitals at the Purcell Room and Wigmore Hall. Ms. Kopelman is also an avid chamber musician and performs regularly with her father Mikhail Kopelman.
